  • Indoor and outdoor ceremony & reception spaces (weather permitting)

  • Accommodations for up to 300 guests

  • Benches for ceremony (outdoor ceremonies) and tables and chairs for reception

  • On-site venue staff for support

 

Peak Season Weddings

May – October

Exclusive use of Blooming Barrel Event Center for your ceremony and reception.

  • Monday – Wednesday: $2,500

  • Thursday: $4,500

  • Friday: $6,250

  • Saturday / Holiday: $6,750

  • Sunday: $4,500

 

Off-Season Weddings

November – April - Indoor ceremonies only

  • Sunday – Thursday: $2,000

  • Friday: $3,000

  • Saturday / Holiday: $4,000

Optional Add-Ons

 
Retreat House Overnight Rental

  • $399 (per night)

  • Must vacate by 8:00 AM if an event is scheduled the following day

  • 10:00 AM checkout if no event is scheduled

  • Requires a separate rental agreement

  • Subject to availability
     

Décor Rental Package $500

  • Couples may use any décor items available from Blooming Barrel Event Center’s curated décor collection. This option allows for added personalization while saving time and rental costs.

  • Includes access to all available venue décor

  • Items selected and coordinated in advance

 

 

Day-of Coordination Requirement

To ensure your wedding day runs smoothly, couples are required to designate a Day-of Coordinator. This should be someone you trust to assist with timelines and communication on the day of your event.

We highly recommend using one of our preferred professional vendors for this service. It is a great investment in making sure your day goes exactly the way you want it. Their vast wedding day experience will ensure nothing is missed or overlooked!

Your Day-of Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and help keep the event on schedule, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy your celebration. Blooming Barrel Event Center staff will support the event but do not assume the role of day-of coordination.
